Mine has been full. Full of work, full of play with the kids. Full of stuff. Tonight, I put on the headphones and played the Doobie Brothers - I feel better.

Music is wonderful. Glad you've got something that has a soothing effect on you! <3<3 and my weekend was good! I slept all of Saturday so I got up early Sunday and actually cooked! Scary prospect but it was edible so my weekend was mahvehlous, t'anks for asking!
My weekend was intense, and included a long list of tasks half-done. Doobies. Dang. Should have thought of putting on the Doobies!

a melancholy learning experience
I had a great weekend - nice and quiet. Friday night H. and I watched "Holes." I really recommend that movie to you and your boys - I'm not a huge Disney fan, but this is one of their best movies, hands down.
Saturday was spent teaching middle and high schoolers, and Sunday we went pumpkin hunting. We found no pumpkins, but we did find pumpkin ice cream!
Haven't spun the Doobies lately (only have them on vinyl - and no player)... glad they relaxed you
Good rock and roll (aka OLD rock and roll) does have a soothing and medicinal effect on the soul.
But of course! "Listen to the music."
The weekend was fine.....except for that little lack of electricity thing for most of it. Sheesh.
:wink: pretty good considering this illness I'm fighting 'cause I didn't have to worrry whether I'd be well by Monday - I'm on VACATION for a week! Yea!
Five movies over the past two weekends: Veronica Guerin, Luther, Kill Bill, Intolerable Cruelty, and The Rundown. Joyous!

My weekend = boring!
I love the Doobie Brothers - the first concert I ever attended was in 1973 and the Doobie Brothers were the warm-up group for Rod Stewart and the Small Faces. They were GREAT.
