Laughter Yoga?
Have you heard of this? Apparently those of us who don't get to watch Oprah regularly missed this when she had it on her show in late April. But I ran across a report today that fascinates me. People getting together just to laugh. Just laugh. There aren't any "positions" - no lotus, no dandelion, no crouching rabbit, running turtle - it's not that kind of yoga. Just laughter.

Hey why not! Laughter should be something we do each day. It is supposed to release endorphins that give you a natural "high" and "feel good" feeling.
I can get into THAT sort of exercise for sure!
Sign me up too! I've noticed lately I feel so much better when I laugh....which I haven't been doing enough lately.
In Minnesota we used to call it Yuukaa.

More proof that "a merry heart doeth good like a medicine." Wow! I hadn't heard of that before...but it's cool!
Omigosh. My girls' night out group is going to bust a gut with this info...
hmmmmm... I can think of some other kinds of yoga I'd like to try.
