Figuring me Out
I'm not exactly a quiz-o'holic. I can resist them if I want to. And I can quit at any time. So now that we understand each other, I want to tell you about the one I took yesterday. I saw it over on RobbieKay's site and I remembered that I've taken it before. Through the years I've taken a lot of these and invariably I fall in a very specific range. I'm either blue or purple.
90% of the time, I'm purple. I'm okay with that, I like purple, it's my favorite color. SO I idly clicked the link to see what shade of purple I came out at today? Imagine my surprise when I got my result and saw that I'm as far away from purple as you can get and still be on the same color wheel. (See, I quilt so I have a color wheel and I checked.)
New times? New personality? o_0 What can it all mean? It probably means that I'm gonna dig back through some old blogs and retake a few quizzes to see if anything else has changed. I mean, what if I'm NOT Sunshine Bear any more? What if I'm not longer a Strawberry? What if the cartoon character that most closely matches my personality is no longer Papa Smurf? Worst of all what if I'm not the RED M&M? See my predicament? Based on my previous test scores, I could be making decisions that will have me winding up in entirely the wrong fruit salad.

I was blue.. but it said almost the same thing - lol at the ADD...
It's all psycho-babble. I wouldn't take any of it personally. <g> Still, it's fun to stretch the old imagination.
I don't take the tests because I'm afraid of what they might tell me!
(o_0) LOL, I hate it when I take one of those things and it comes out way different than usual... that's when I sometimes start searching for the alternative answers or take the test again to make it be what I want. But I don't post the manipulated ones, for some reason that feels dishonest to me ~ how silly!
I don't post results hardly anymore at all... I am satisfied to leave them private. Besides, it really ticks me off when their links don't work. It's too funny the whole psychology of quizzies!

I'm purple. Robbie and I always come out the same. I never knew we were so much alike! Maybe that's why we are so close.
Oh, you dont know me, I was browsing thru some peoples blogs and found yours...Delightful!!!! I was seriously getting bored after taking my ink blot test...which came back inspired by "imagination", hmmmm imagine that...and then I found your site...ahhh I was refreshed, you are very funny...and I really enjoyed your recent posts. Just thought I would let you know.
The thing is....I LOVE yellow. My experience here is that you ARE very perceptive and smart, clear and to the point and have a great sense of humor. You are always learning and searching for understanding.
hehehe i am of the same mind as you...i can take them or leave them.....:o) i do find them amusing tho.....
Never trust the results, for I also try to guess what answer they want to get the response I want.
