  • And the doctor said ...

I'm going to live.  Okay, it was never in question whether I'd live so that's unfairly dramatic.  No the question is whether or not the raging infection I contracted is going to leave me with permanent organ damage, and the answer is that it's too soon to tell for certain.

I am experiencing symptoms that could be indicating that it will go either way.  I'm choosing to focus on the preferred option, that as the infection recedes - so will the symptoms.

Hey! I jus thit spllchekir an four th firth tame never I has na errrrrrs.  So I'ma hit sbmt b3fhor I meesss u.

  • I prefer the healthier outcome as well

    You're in my thoughts!

  • From someone who's been there - drink a 1/2 cup of apple/cranberry juice before bedtime.  That isn't enough to have to go to the bathroom during the night, and you also get the benefit of the natural healing of the cranberry to the kidney (yes, it really works!)  Hang in there!  Sam

  • Big hugs and prayers I am glad you're gonna make it

  • hey, you are sometimes entitled to be dramatic...  fairly or otherwise!

  • Funny lady...Positive thinking when healing is a very powerful and real alternative. Good luck.

  • I definately know what infection can do to your body now.  I waited and let it get bad before I did anything..but at least I learned a lesson about going to the doctor.  I hope you get all better very soon.  Have a great day.  :)
