Friday!
Whooo hoooo hoooo hoooo! (As Tigger would say.) It's also payday. So I've spent considerable time trying to balance my checkbook before I go out to send forth checks and bring back toilet paper. Why, oh, why when I balance the thing every single Firday does it NEVER come out right? Today, the bank says that I have $6.87 more than my ledger claims in my balance.

My check book hardly ever balances. I just make sure everything is accounted for...and not spend more than I have in the bank....

At least you didn't write in your deposit twice (once before and once after going to the bank). You'd be erasing that BIG balance you thought you had. Like I do.

I would pull the hair out of my little OCD head if I couldn't get my checkbook to balance to the penny! I'm so broke, that if my mother wants toilet paper when she comes to visit, then she has to go out and buy it herself!
I figure if I don't have any money and there's still Kleenex around then I'm not going to go in debt to buy it!!
I get terribly upset when I can't balance my check book with my bank statement. I'll soend hours trying to figure out why it 2 cents different. o/
